SIZE STABILIZER AND CONTINUOUS FOAMING AGENT FOR MANUFACTURING SOFT AND HARD POLYURETHANE FOAMS

PURPOSE: A material for stabilizing a size and continuous foaming is provided to reduce a contracting rate of a polyurethane foam for improving a size stability. CONSTITUTION: A soft and a hard polyurethane foams are manufactured by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol while existing of an urethane catalysis, a foaming agent, an optional silicon surfactant/cell stabilizer, and a continuous foaming agent. A mono-ester reaction product of a phenol of C1-C20 hydrocarbyl substituted or a first grade alcohol of C5-C20 alkoxylated by 0-20 alkylene oxide units to an organic acid anhydride is used as the continuous foaming agent.
