YARN MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR COTTON COMBINED CARPET

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a yarn for a cotton combined application carpet is provided to represent a pastel tone, to minimize a dust forming rate, and to expand a usable period. CONSTITUTION: A yarn for a carpet is manufactured by: piled yarning a doubled yarn of an acrylic and a cotton(AC), a doubled yarn of a polyester and a cotton(PC), and an acrylic; and acrylic dyeing using a certain color. Herein, a dust forming rate is largely reduced because the yarns are twisted together and a pastel tone is revealed by dyeing 50 % of the doubled yarn of the acrylic and the cotton, not dyeing the doubled yarn of the polyester and the cotton, and dyeing 100 % of an SRB yarn because only the acrylic yarn is dyed.
