PURPOSE: Rotary chain grill with jade, germanium stone, Chinese-crude and wood fire is provided which gets a chicken meat well done flavored smoked taste by using oak fire of wood fire and heat of electric heater in furnace with complex. CONSTITUTION: Rotary chain grill has peculiar flavor and taste, and cooks large quantity of meats at one time and each different species of meats are to gathered by forming partition of chain cap, also extracting fat oil with making the flesh texture well-done deeply with radiative heat of jade, germanium stone, far infrared heat, provided with pharmacological property of germanium divergencing heat to cooking material, flavoring drug action and smell of Chinese-crude drug fumigating seasoning of Chinese-crude drug material, and smoke oak fire of wood fire to have a pleasant taste.
