TREATMENT PROCESS FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER BY BOTH ULTRASONIC WAVE/OXIDIZER METHOD AND BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: An industrial wastewater treatment process using both an ultrasonic wave/oxidizer and a biological treatment method is provided which effectively decomposes/eliminates various toxic/recalcitrant non-biodegradable compounds contained in the industrial wastewater and purifies the wastewater for prevention of the environmental pollutions. CONSTITUTION: An industrial wastewater treatment process comprises the steps of:pretreating the industrial wastewater; a first treating the pretreated industrial wastewater with ultrasonic waves and oxidizers in a low-frequency ultrasonic wave/oxidizer treatment tank having a 20-50 kHz low-frequency ultrasonic wave generator and an oxidizer sprayer, and a high-frequency ultrasonic wave/oxidizer treatment tank having an at least 100 kHz high-frequency ultrasonic wave generator and an oxidizer sprayer; and a second treating the first treated industrial wastewater biologically in a biological treatment tank having an aeration system.
