PURPOSE: An automatic temperature control system is to have a temperature sensor and a water sensor installed in green houses to adapt to the variation of temperature and the state of raining by automatically operating the roof cover or wall members for open-close operation. CONSTITUTION: The method and system comprises the stages of:setting the reference temperature and function by the key input of the user; detecting the current temperature to find an abnormal temperature for warning and indicating the abnormality with a time; checking the abnormality against the set data to control the open-close operation of the cover members. If normal, the current state is maintained for a time:if abnormal, the house cover is opened or closed after a time for correction; if raining is sensed, the cover is closed after a time.
