PURPOSE: A dancing stepper and a method and a system for a dancing game are provided for two people to enjoy a game by using a stepper being connected to a computer. CONSTITUTION: A dancing stepper for two people contains:a stepper housing unit for generating a driving signal and outputting to a computer for driving a dancing program being stored in the computer by steps of two users while containing a first to a fourth arrow shapes and a fifth to an eighth arrow shapes on the upper surface; an inner sensor unit being located in the stepper housing unit for the first to the eighth arrow shapes and an enter key to detect a push by the foot of the user; and a code unit being connected to a parallel port of the computer for transferring the value being detected in the inner sensor unit to the computer.
