摘要

PURPOSE: A control system and method are provided to detect or predict a sudden start and to change a gear in a neutral state or control a vehicle wheel by force in order to drive safely. CONSTITUTION: A control system for an abnormal sudden start is constituted of: a start detecting device outputting by detecting the starting point of an engine; many devices for detecting a vehicle state outputting the detected result as a detecting signal by detecting information about the present vehicle state; a first control device deciding the present vehicle state and a control direction by receiving the output detected signal and outputting many control signals to each part of the vehicle according to the decided resu and a second control device deciding a sudden accelerating state by receiving one output control signal from the first control device and the output detected signal from the devices for detecting a vehicle state after and before starting the engine. Then, a driving intercept device prevents the drive of the motor vehicle by blocking at least one signal among output controlling signals from the first control device after receiving the driving controlling signal outputted from the second control device.
