PURPOSE: An optical chemical reaction/plasma composite system for processing SOx and NOx together or separately additionally using a plasma and an optical catalyst and an optical energy. CONSTITUTION: An operation of a composite system contains the steps of: passing the simulation exhaust gas consisted of SOx, NOx, helium, oxygen, or the real exhaust gas after igniting through a controller(22) of flow speed of mass to control the flow speed, passing a plasma reactor(14) having a high pressure pulse generator(26) attached to firstly purify, passing the exhaust gas passed through the plasma reactor through the reactor coated with an optical catalyst(12) at the outside of a lamp and also having a low pressure mercury lamp(10) at the center of it to secondarily purify, and passing the exhaust gas after secondarily purifying through a nitrogen oxide analyzer(16) and through a sulfur oxide analyzer(18), and through an infrared ray conversion spectrum(24). Therefore, a processed concentration and a reaction material are analyzed. And SOx and NOx are processed by using plasma, optical catalyst, and optical energy.
