FREE PUBLIC TELEPHONE SYSTEM THROUGH ADVERTISEMENT BROADCASTING AUDITION OF PRIVATE ENTERPRISE

Purpose: the free public telephone system previewed is broadcasted in the advertisement for individual enterprise uses user with a free public telephone set, when user broadcasts for the advertisement of the user from department store or enterprise and to preview the advertisement that see/hear an also department store or an enterprise during a predetermined time by smart card and broadcast. Construction: a free public telephone system includes that smart card, a public telephone set (100) and a telephone call office (200) are previewed in advertisement broadcast. Between telephone service enterpriser and an enterprise, such as department store etc., a telephone service enterpriser provides smart card by advertisement and promises to undertake. If user, which is inserted into smart card, enters a public telephone set, public telephone set exports the pre-stored encoded signal within a smart card of each enterprise, therefore the advertisement of each enterprise is broadcasted and generated from a transceiver. If advertisement broadcast is completed after the predetermined time, public telephone set is made a speech standby mode. If an encoded signal of each enterprise is generated from public telephone set, telephone call office identifies encoded signal, the advertisement for exporting a storage of each enterprise is broadcasted to public telephone set, the connection for controlling another telephone call office according to the dialing of a user of public telephone set after advertisement broadcast, calculates the free call duration time of the user of each enterprise.
