AUTOMATIC TESTING METHOD OF PRINT QUALITY USING ELASTIC MODEL

摘要

PURPOSE: Automatic testing method of a print quality forms a model for automatically testing a print quality on a deformation object, and forms an electronic image on a print sheet by optically analyzing a test object with optical electronic part such as CCD camera. CONSTITUTION: Automatic testing method of a print quality captures image of sheet set by CCD camera(1), forms a first reference image accompanying a corresponding tolerance limit value of a density measurement, and divides the reference image into many lower images by superposing the gratings having very small grating net cell. During the test, the method measures the distance between sections of the grating on the testing object. Accordingly, a model's elastic correction making the same distance between sections(K1,K2,K3,K4,K5,K'1,K'2,K'3,K'4,K'5) of model is achieved. Thereby, the testing image is verified by a standard test technique with reference to a corrected reference model.
