HARMONIC BALANCER AND ASSEMBLY METHOD OF HARMONIC BALANCER

PURPOSE: A harmonic balancer is provided to improve the stability of components by preventing a bolt and a damper from being separated and extending the lifetime of components as well as increasing the durability. CONSTITUTION: A harmonic balancer is assembled by the steps of: connecting an outer pick-up ring(1) with an inner pick-up ring(2) through plural bolts(10) after arranging the pick-up rings; permanently connecting the front end of the connected bolts by extending it to a jig and a punch; fixing a bearing (13) with a coating process after arranging the bearing on a hub(4a) of a pulley(4); extending the front end of a hollow axis(6) by inserting the hollow axis into a hub of the wafer as well as by arranging an outer diameter pad(8) on the inside of the outer diameter in the pulley; and fixing the inside of the outer diameter for the pulley to the outside of the outer diameter pad through the tack welding.
