Purpose: the expense for being preserved for the calling by using the urban telephone allowed in region at CT-2 is disclosed to as a urban telephone and a PCS calling mobile telephones. Construction: all including a logic circuit (10), the baseband processor with a single-chip, a RF module (12) and a strip antenna (16) for PCS as the mobile phone of a urban telephone and a PCS phones used. In order to use, when a city is made a phone call, it is further provided the RF module (13) operated in a urban telephone frequency band. The RF module (13) that (16) of feeler are connected to the RF module (12) for PCS and operate in the urban telephone by a RF switch (14). When mobile phone is for a PCS modes, all required values are set in PCS modes, when it is operated in a urban telephone mode, all required values are set in the mode of -2, city.
