PURPOSE: A device for preventing an abscondence is provided to identify a hit and run driver and a victim by dispersing beads printed a car number when colliding with a car and a man. CONSTITUTION: A device identifies a hit and run driver and a victim by dispersing beads printed a car number when colliding with a car and a man or two cars. The beads are made of paper, plastic and aluminum. The car number is processed to the bar code on the beads. The printed beads are dropped from the gap between of the hit and run protector and a front and a rear bumper caused by a collision.
