PURPOSE: electronic device uses quantum dot tunnel knot arrangement to provide to using as memory device or a kind of multiple logic device. CONSTITUTION: electronic device arranges a diamond shape quantum beam with quantum dot tunnel knot, one of unit is that common quantum dot quantum beam is maintained at by four quantum dots near, meanwhile lining up the sum of quantum setting chain structure (30) quantum dot. The both ends of source terminal (10) and drain electrode end (20) connect quantum and chain structure are arranged. Multiple coulomb staircases are by bias voltage in source electrode and drain electrode terminal.
