PURPOSE: A device and a method for managing a service composition in the base of a service session are provided to make new service and to supply various services of high quality to a user or a subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A managing device of service composition checks the existence of a composition demand of a second service from a user terminal when a first user terminal and a second user terminal use a first service. And, the existence of the session for the second service is checked for generating a service session for the second service. Then, a stream bridge for the first and the second services is generated for being bound to a stream interface of a stream controller according to the use state of service in the user terminal and the demand state of service composition. Therefore, the service composition is returned to an initial state according to the releasing demand of service composition in the user terminal.
