PURPOSE: A method for attracting investment using internet is provided to enable an investor to easily consult data on ideas already registered or applied for the patent of Industrial Property Rights and to make him save time and money because he needs not to directly contact ideas' holders. CONSTITUTION: A method for attracting investments using internet is provided comprising 5 steps. A first step is to input a business plan about new idea and its total unit of required investments to the server system. A second step is that a computer user consults data on its business plan and investment volume. A third step is that the user makes an online application for investment and transfers it to the server. A forth step is that the server processes the accepted application. A fifth step is that the server informs the user of the processed result.
