PURPOSE: A cyber management system is provided to give various added-values through a star upbringing system, by making general people cast/manage favored entertainers(singers, performers) through the internet. CONSTITUTION: A cyber management system promises customers who want to be cyber managers as the cyber managers among general customers. The customers cast/sponsor/promote/manage favored entertainers on the internet. The cyber management system distributes added values according to the favored entertainers. The cyber managers cast the entertainers in a direct way by a first/a second test on the internet.
