2000 Real Time TV Viewing method by using web browser of IMT2000

PURPOSE: A real time TV service method using the web browser of IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)2000 is to broadcast TV stream in real time and to provide VOD(Video On Demand) service, in transmitting motion pictures using the internet network with the IMT-2000 terminal web browser. CONSTITUTION: A web server receives a public broadcasting signal in real time through a TV tuner and encodes it into a format suitable for broadcasting. The server transfers the public broadcasting signal converted into an HTML(HyperText Markup Language) and a WML format to an IMT-2000 user in real time. The server transfers the motion picture service using a VOD to the IMT-2000 user.
