PURPOSE: A method for evaluating internet sites and utilizing the evaluated result is provided to supply good sites to the users in order that the users find good internet sites and administrator of the internet site to improve the quality of web site referring to the evaluation result. CONSTITUTION: Evaluation process of web sites is to evaluate the content of each internet site and to store the valued or graded evaluation result in a database of a computer connected to a web server accomplishing internet service. A valuer stores the evaluation result, investigated or inspected by the valuer, in a database using a computer installing a program with a process storing data to a database. The database is consisted of tables and fields for site addresses, evaluation results, and computing the total result. Utilization process of evaluation result is to provide transformed information of the result, gained in the evaluation process, to users. The utilization process is composed of process for setting reference type, reference process, process for providing reference result, and so on. The process for setting reference type is to provide a display window for making users select with which type evaluation result is displayed on their monitor.
