PURPOSE: A preparation method of inflammable panel using waste newspaper is provided, which is light, rigid, harmless to human, and moreover cost advantageous. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of inflammable panel using waste newspaper comprises: (1) impregnating waste newspaper in the solution incorporating 6 parts by weight of NaOH, based on the weight of water; (2) boiling it for 40 min at 110C while agitating to remove printed ink and residue; (3) boiling it for 20 min at 110C while agitating to soften lignin in newspaper, followed by washing it with water; (4) mixing 75 wt.% of newspaper, 15 wt.% of white portland cement, 8 wt.% of lime, and 2 wt.% of compound in a mixer for 20 min.
