METHOD FOR PREVENTING DEPOSITION OF COAL DUST INSIDE FEED TANK

PURPOSE: A method for preventing deposition of coal dust inside feed tank is provided to decrease the amount of nitrogen consumption and to prevent shortening of the life of back filter. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing deposition of coal dust inside feed tank wherein nitrogen is regularly blown in order to prevent deposition of coal dust inside feed tank while the coal dust is charged, comprises: a) detecting the pressure inside feed tank; b) calculating a fixed value of nitrogen flow using the pressure inside feed tank; c) calculating a final fixed value of nitrogen flow from the fixed value of nitrogen of the step b) by multiplying a compensation factor; d) transforming the final fixed value of nitrogen of the step c) into an analogue signal; e) inputting the analogue signal to a nitrogen flow modulator; and f) controlling a nitrogen flow modulating valve by an analogue signal output from the nitrogen flow modulator thereby the amount of nitrogen supply can be modulated in proportion to the charged amount of coal dust.
