PURPOSE: An artificial lawn structure is provided to remarkably reduce the installation cost and the installation period by installing the structure without the hardening layer of an upper asphalt concrete layer. CONSTITUTION: Broken stone and stone powder layer(2) are hardened on a hardening ground(1). On the ground, 0.5mm of coal tar layer(3) is covered. On the coal tar layer, many artificial lawns(4) are paved horizontally. The joint of both bottom edges of each artificial lawn is bonded on the coal tar layer with an adhesive tape(5). The upper part of the artificial lawn is filled with a sand filling layer(6) as much as 90% of the lawn length. The side of an artificial lawn structure(A) forms a drain(7).
