PRODUCTION METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL MARBLE WITH QUALITY IN NATURAL STONES

摘要

Purpose: a production method of an imitation marble is provided it using the various colors of the spotted particle with 5-10 mm in size so that there is shown with more natural patterns. Construction: it a production method of the propylene class that imitation marble is carried out using the following steps: (1) as the identification aluminium hydroxide powder of granularity, separates and is inserted into; (2) the spotted particle for dividing a polychrome, by as the thing of phase homogenous quantities of the base resin crushing with material and coating its generation with the 12-18 wt% of resin by size; (3) it vibrates, compress and is formed under a vacuum state.
