PURPOSE: A method for an Internet advertisement providing advertising charges as commodities to consumers, is provided for a user to pay advertising charges only corresponding to a substantial advertising effect, and to turn parts of the advertising charges to consumers according as the consumers view the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A method for an Internet advertisement providing advertising charges as commodities to consumers, comprises the steps as follows. An advertiser inputs contents of an advertisement to a web server. Commodities are registered, by selecting commodities in a commodity directory and writing in initial points, winning points and unit subtracting points, when commodities to be supplied as prizes by the advertiser are included in the commodity directory pre-stored in a database of an advertisement web site. The web server makes a commodity list by commodities for the registered commodities to store in a database. The web server retrieves commodities by receiving a retrieval condition for commodities from a consumer. The web server detects commodities satisfying the retrieval condition from the database where the commodity list is stored, to output to a terminal of the consumer together with contents of an advertisement. The consumer inputs answers for questions to phrases of an advertisement for the commodities output to the terminal, if a correct answer, the web server subtracts points of a corresponding commodity. And the web server decides a corresponding consumer as winning when commodity points of a corresponding commodity reaches the winning points.
