method of data correcting to reduce the sampling error on internet surveys

PURPOSE: A data correcting system provides a way to get a precise and confidential result to solve the problem of the internet poll which generates a sampling error because of voluntary participation for free gift offering. And the system also provides a way that a person needing a preliminary investigation in diverse fields or a company progresses the poll through the internet easily, and a way that each datum got from the voluntary answerers can be an optimized datum. CONSTITUTION: A case to try overlapping replies during an execution of the poll or a case to participate voluntarily is intercepted. Each weighted value is applied to the answered data according to statistics of a population, and the answered data are optimized automatically. Finally, the result is produced in real time, and shown through the internet. Above steps are realized by using a database for the preliminarily investigated people and the statistics of the internet users and by using a programmed software executing a rate control automatically through the computer and network on the internet. That is, by correcting data to make the composition rate of the answerers similar to the rate of the whole nation or the internet users, the sampling error is decreased.
