PURPOSE: A real time interactive electronic commerce method using moving pictures is provided so that a purchaser can buy a product at ease by providing a real time interactive electronic commerce method, which are combined the previous electronic commerce method and an old off-line market. CONSTITUTION: A real time interactive electronic commerce method using moving pictures includes several steps. A step is that a purchaser (10) connects to a web site of an electronic commerce server (40) through internet (30). Thereafter, a step is that the purchaser inputs a product and an order information. A step is to require a consulting service to a helper of the seller through a waiting room server (110) if the purchaser wants to. A step is to connect the purchaser and the helper through an automatic connection device. Thereafter, a step is to consult the purchaser with the helper, as a face to face type. A step is to settle price of a product and to record the content being consulted. An electronic server (40) is connected with a mail server (50), a media server (60), a settlement server (70), a real time recommendation product information database server (90), a customer and a product information database server (100), the waiting room server (110), an automatic connector (120) and 1:1 real time interactive conference server (130).
