摘要

PURPOSE: A preparation method of a mixture of an oligopeptide salt and an amino acid salt, and also a preparation method of bactericide using the same is provided. The produced bactericide is excellent in bactericidal activity and cost in comparison with conventional chlorine-based bactericides. CONSTITUTION: A methods can be applied cost effectively to treatment of the water and soil contaminated with heavy metals, by reacting the oligopeptide salt and the amino acid salt with the heavy metals. The oligopeptide salt and the amino acid salt hydrolyze by-products or wastes of livestock, leather industry and fishery react with the heavy metals to form a complex compound stabilizing the heavy metals. The method for the preparation of the mixture of the oligopeptide salt and the amino acid salt comprises: mixing 20-50 pts.wt. of the by-products or the wastes comprising 5-98 wt% of proteins and 50-80 pts.wt. of acidic or alkali solution; hydrolyzing the mixture at 50-200C with acid or alkali. In addition, the method for the preparation of the bactericide comprises the steps of: mixing 70-77.5 pts.wt. of the mixture, 15.5-20.6 pts.wt. of metal ion solution and 7-9.3 pts.wt. of acidic or alkali solution; reacting the mixture at approximately 10-70C.
