PURPOSE: A preparation method of health drink using Yeongji mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) is provided to make health drink excellent in a health promoting effect and the taste by boiling and extracting Yeongji mushroom, a licorice, a jujube in water for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of health drink is characterized by comprising the following steps: (i) putting 30-50g of Yeongji mushroom which is powder form or which is cut as a size of jujube, licorice 20-30g, jujube 20-30g in edible water10L; and (ii) boiling the above thing up to 5-6L of water for 7-8 hours and filtering for obtaining soft and yellowish brown extraction liquor. A small quantity of Lycium Chinense, barley, and the like can be also added.
