PURPOSE: Health foods are provided which have a curing effect on a gastroenteric disorder and a fatness of SoeUm-constitutional person who is classified according to a classification of four constitutional body types. CONSTITUTION: The health foods composition comprises 18-30 wt% of a rice or a glutinous rice, 10-20 wt% of a millet, 6-12 wt% of a foxtail millet, 6-15 wt% of a jobs-tear, 0-20 wt% of a corn, 3-5 wt% of a potato, 0-3 wt% of a radish, 0-5 wt% of a carrot, 1.1-3.7 wt% of a green onion or an onion, 0-1 wt% of a garlic, 0-0.5 wt% of a chicory, 0-2 wt% of eucommia ulmoides, 0-3 wt% of a mugwort, 0-1 wt% of a shiitake mushroom, 0-1 wt% of a green laver, 0-0.5 wt% of a cinnamon, 0-5 wt% of a chestnut, 0-1.1 wt% of a zinco, 0-1 wt% of a chinese yam, 0-2 wt% of a walnut, 0-2 wt% of a lemon, 0-4.6 wt% of a sesame, 0-10 wt% of a cocoa, 0-2 wt% of pollens, 0-10 wt% of a glucose, 0.3 wt% of bamboo salt.
