RECOMBINANT POLIO VIRUS VACCINE VECTOR TO EXPRESS FOREIGN GENES BETWEEN CODING SITES OF NONSTRUCTURAL PROTEIN 2C AND 3A, AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a recombinant polio virus vaccine which is used for treatment of diseases related to the induction of CTL(Cytotoxic T lymphocyte) such as hepatitis, aids or cancer etc. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant virus vaccine vector, pW3CD, enables to express foreign genes between coding sites of 2C and 3A, which are non structural proteins, and has a restricted genetic map of drawing 1. The recombinant virus is prepared to expresses foreign antigen between coding sites of P2 and P3 nonstructural proteins. Particularly, the recombinant polio virus, V3CDs and V3CDc express CTL(Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte) epitope, which induces CTL having specificity to HBV(Hepatitis B Virus). The V3CDs express peptide consisting of 12 amino acids between 28th and 39th amino acids of antigen protein of HBV, which is reported to induce CTL having specificity to HBV in mouse. The V3CDs express peptide consisting of 8 amino acids between 93rd and 100th amino acids of core protein of HBV.
