PURPOSE: A preparation of a polymer reinforcing composition is provided that use waste polyethylene film having less economical be completely burned up after recycling, and waste paper as main sources to substitute natural woods. CONSTITUTION: The preparation comprises (a) crushing the waste polyethylene film (2) to be less than 1 cm¬2 through a conventional crusher; (b) crushing the waste polypropylene film (3) to be less than 1 cm¬2 through a conventional crusher; (c) crushing the waste paper (4) to be less than 0.5 cm¬2 through a conventional crusher; (d) homogeneously mixing first materials comprising 25wt% of the crushed waste polyethylene film, 20wt% of the crushed waste polypropylene film, 47wt% of the crushed waste paper and 8wt% of moisture in a conventional mixer; (e) heating and melting at 170 to 190C, kneading, extruding, cooling and cutting the first materials via a conventional regenerator to produce the pellet as second materials comprising 29wt% of the waste polyethylene film (2), 24 wt% of waste polypropylene film (3), and 47wt% of the waste paper(4) ; and heating and melting at 170 to 190C, kneading and extruding the second materials via a conventional extruder and cooling using a cooler and cutting using a cutter to produce the polymer reinforcing composition comprising 29wt% of the waste polyethylene film (2), 24 wt% of waste polypropylene film (3), and 47wt% of the waste paper(4) which has an excellent tensile strength, rigidity, shock strength and heat transforming property.
