PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing water-soluble dispersion and emulsification additive for vehicle air conditioner equipments and a method for brazing aluminum are provided to increase the productivity by reducing operational process and improve application of flux. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing water-soluble dispersion and emulsification additive for vehicle air conditioner equipments and a method for brazing aluminum includes the steps of manufacturing aluminum parts by using quick-drying oil, assembling the parts into a heater for vehicle air conditioner, mixing water-soluble dispersion and emulsification additive made of polyoxypropylene composition 0.1-63 weight %, polyoxyethylene hydrocarbon 0.5-53 weight %, dispersant 0.01-85 weight %, and water 20-84 weight % with water solution wherein flux is diluted for applying, drying the assembly for removing water, and brazing the assembly in a furnace under nitrogen gas atmosphere.
