PURPOSE: An online and offline education service method and system using an education certificate are provided to allow a user to purchase an electronic cash type or a real education exchange ticket, and participate in a wanted lecture over an online or an offline space. CONSTITUTION: An online and offline education service method using an education certificate comprises steps of a user requesting a lecture to an education service server(s10), the server requesting a lecture information such as a lecture date, a lecture time and a lecture expense to a lecturer(s12), the lecturer sending the lecture information to the server(s14), the user requesting the lecture information to the server(s15), the server sending the lecture information stored in a database to the user(s16), the user requesting an education exchange ticket to the server(s18), offering the online or offline type exchange ticket corresponding to the user's request amount(s20), the user visiting a specific lecturer and requesting a specific lecture(s22), the lecturer requesting an approval of the exchange ticket to the server(s24), receiving the approval result(s26), the lecturer requesting a lecture payment to the server(s28), and the lecturer offering a normal lecture to the user if the requested payment is realized(s30,s32).
