PURPOSE: A method for heat treatment of nickel-based alloy by controlling a cooling speed in a heat treatment process after final cold working to change the shape of grain boundary to a saw blade is provided, which extends crack propagation route to crack related breakage of grain boundary and improves crack propagation resistance. CONSTITUTION: In an annealing heat treatment process after final cold working in the manufacture of nickel-based alloy comprising 14 to 17% by weight of Cr, 6 to 10% by weight of Fe and the balance of 28 to 31% by weight of Ni or Cr, 7 to 11% by weight of Fe and the balance of Ni, the process comprises heat treating at an annealing heat treatment temperature of 1,000 to 1,150deg.C for 5 to 15 min and slowly cooling to ordinary temperatures at a speed of 0.1 to 5 deg.C/min.
