PURPOSE: A landfill water-shielding material composition having self-sealing and self-healing functions is provided, which completely solves the problem of contamination of surrounding soil and underground water caused by leached water generating at the landfill. CONSTITUTION: The composition: (i) a water-shielding material A layer(200) comprising 10-90% of field soil, 10-90% of solidifying agent A, 0.1-90% of waste casting thread and 0.1-90% of fly ash; (ii) a water-shielding material B layer(300) comprising 5-95% of solidifying agent, 0-95% of waste lime and 0-95% of gypsum; (iii) a seal layer which is an insoluble precipitate.
