A CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF WASTE LANDFILL LINER TO HAVE SELF-SEALING amp; SELF-HEALING FUNTION

PURPOSE: A method for constructing a coffering layer is provided to remove pollution of underground water and soil generated by seepage water discharged from waste fill-up land and to prevent waste water from discharging to a ground. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing waste fill-up land comprises a first stage preparing original ground soil by crashing and arranging; a second stage agitating solidifying material with the original ground soil; a third stage installing B layer and A layer of coffering materials; and a forth stage processing and curing a surface. The A layer of the coffering material is composed of ground soil of 10-90 wet%, solidifying material A of 10-90wet%, waste sand 0.1-90 wet%, fly ash of 0.1-90 wet%. The B layer of the coffering material is composed of ground soil 5-95 wet%, solidifying material B 5-95 wet%, waste lime of 0.1-95 wet%, and waste plaster 0.1-90 wet%. The seal layer filtrates A,B layers of coffering materials and polluted material of the seepage water to reduce damage of a base building.
