MAINTENANCE METHOD OF MULTIPLEX SECTION PROTECTION MANAGED OBJECTS ON 10GHBS SDH EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A method of maintaining consistency of object changes within a multiplexing range on 10GBPS synchronous digital hierarchy communications system is provided to make it easy for the manager to know the changes of objects by sending the changes to the manager. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a manager processor(MP)(1) providing management and application functions and an agent processor(AP)(2) provides object information regarding management and application. The MP(1) includes a block managing user interface(5) processing management and application, a block for management and application(7), a block for data processing(9), a TMN block for manager connection for connecting to TMN and the substitute(6), and a block for connecting to the agent(8). The data maintained by the MP is saved in an MDB(10). The AP(2) includes an Agent processing block(12) storing and processing management information needed by the MP, an Agent database block(14), a connection watching and controlling block(13), a Manager connection block(11) for communications with the MP. The data maintained by the AP is saved in an MIB(15). A TMN manager(3) receives the information about current resources from a maintenance and control processing subsystem(4).
