PURPOSE: A test tray transfer system within a heating chamber of a horizontal handler is provided to reduce a size of a test tray transfer system by transferring a test tray of a vertical state. CONSTITUTION: The first axis(41) and the third axis(42) are formed on a front face plate of a heating chamber(12). The first support section(47) is fixed to the first and the third axes(41,42). The support section(47) comprise a catching groove for supporting both sides of a test tray(1) and releasing a supporting state. The second and the fourth axes(54,55) are fixed to a pushing plate. The second support section(60) is fixed to the second and the fourth axes(54,55). The second support section(60) comprises a catching groove for supporting both sides of the test tray and releasing a supporting state. A movable track is moved to a left and a right direction when the third axis is rotated. A driving portion rotates or moves the first to the fourth axes.
