DEVICE FOR PREVENTING WEAR OF RUBBER ROLLER FOR RICE HULLER

PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for preventing wear of rubber rollers of a rice huller by separating the rollers from each other and cooling friction heat of the rollers, which can extend the expected life of the machine. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a moving block(13) supporting an axis(10a) of one side rubber roller, an axis insertion tube part where the axis(10a) is inserted and a guide tube part(13b) where a guide rod(15) is inserted formed at the removing block, a bracket fixed to a top part of the machine and coupled to a rod of a roller moving cylinder(16) fixed to one side of the body, and a couple of ventilators installed at both sides of a case for providing blow to the rollers. The one roller is automatically separated from the other roller by a spring(35) operated when there are no grains in a hopper(30) and a pneumatic limit switch(31) returned to the original position. The apparatus also includes a path for generating blow from the lower part of the rollers, a vent next to the rollers and discharge pipes installed at both sides of the top of the case and connected to a dust collecting device for sucking dusts.
