DETECTING AND THAWING SYSTEM FOR ROAD, TUNNEL, BRIDGE IN AREA OF MOUNTAIN OR HIGH SNOWFALL AND AIRPORT

PURPOSE: A system for sensing a surface freezing of a road, a tunnel, a bridge, and an airport in a mountain and heavy-snow area is provided to minimize various losses and an environment pollution problem according to a traffic jam and a security accident, and to efficiently manage facilities by analyzing and judging a surface freezing state with a CPU of an electric control device and ejecting a snow-melting solution. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit(20) includes a weather measuring device(2) for measuring various weather variables(atmosphere, temperature, humidity, precipitation, rainfall, snowfall, the direction of the wind, the velocity of the wind), a freezing sensor(3) for sensing an ice generation alarm or an ice generation, and a surface freezing point, and a surface sensor(4) for sensing a surface temperature and state. An execution unit(30) has a pump station(1) connected with an integrated measurement device(8) for ejecting a snow-melting solution and one or two spray disks(5) installed at each valve box(6) installed at a road circumference. An electronic control device(7) receives information inputted from the sensing unit(20) and provides various instructions to the execution unit(30). A control unit executes a start/stop of related devices at emergency and maintenance so that a control panel monitors a state of related data. A central monitoring system unit(50) has a central monitoring system(14) for monitoring and processing several related information. An output unit(60) has a printer(15) for outputting the processed result.
