The present invention attaches a circular plate of rubber integrally with the drill chuck to the lower end of the drill chuck and frictionally rubs the outer circumferential surface of the cooling fan attached to the rotary shaft of the drill machine in order to easily change the drill blade of the small electric drill machine. It is designed to replace the drill blade by using a lining to fix the rotary shaft and then rotate the rubber plate formed at the bottom of the drill chuck to replace the drill blade.
