PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a blade exchange type drill in which machining diameter may be easily adjusted and the height of axis may be kept at a constant level without producing and managing plural kinds of sleeve (i.e., without exchanging sleeve so as to meet with a machining diameter).;SOLUTION: There is provided a machining diameter adjusting mechanism 1 for a blade exchange type drill in which a drill insert is detachably arranged on a tip end part of a drill main body 2 along with drill axis line O direction. The blade exchange type drill comprises an inner sleeve 12 and an outer sleeve 13 having dual eccentric cylinder structure. An inner peripheral surface of the inner sleeve 12 is engaged on an outer peripheral surface of the drill main body 2 in a rotatable manner on the drill axis line O. An inner sleeve axis line SIN as a central axis of an outer peripheral surface of the inner sleeve 12 is arranged in an eccentric manner to the drill axis line O. The inner peripheral surface of the outer sleeve 13 is engaged on the outer peripheral surface of the inner sleeve 12 in a rotatable manner on the inner sleeve axis line SIN.
