METHOD OF CLARIFICATION OF WATERS AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT

FIELD: methods and devices for thickening of pulps and separation of solid particles; applicable in mineral concentration and fat extraction from products, and in treatment of industrial and sewage waters. SUBSTANCE: method includes saturation of pulp with air bubbles, flotation separation of hydrophobic particles, oil products, surfactants and oily substances, hydraulic separation of hydrophobic particles by their precipitation in aqueous medium. Flotation separation and precipitation are carried out in one chamber in whose upper part flotation separation of hydrophobic part of pulp is accomplished, and in lower part, flotation separation of its hydrophilic part. Flotation separation of hydrophobic particles, oil products, surfactants, and oily substances is effected at simultaneous combined use in one operation of foam separation, and foam, film and oil flotation. Process of foam separation and film flotation is intensified by acoustic vibrations. Device has chamber with branch pipe for discharge of slime, pneumohydraulic aerator, troughs for discharge of contaminated and treated water. Chamber has vessel for saturation of pulp with air bubbles. Connected to lower part of vessel is distributor of aerated pulp with side perforated walls. Trough is made narrowing and provided with pockets accommodating vibroacoustic radiators. EFFECT: improved conditions of separation of impurity hydrophobic particles. 4 cl, 3 dwg
