FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: raw mix is prepared by mixing carbonate and silica components followed by firing raw mix and cooling clinker thus obtained. Raw mix components are the following: ammonia fertilizer production waste (1289.55-1332.39 kg per 1 t clinker) and phosphorus fertilizer production waste (160.95-300.20 kg/t). Raw mix, when being prepared, is supplemented by 48.14-168.95 kg/t of aluminosilicate component. Firing is conducted at 1370-1460 C. Sharp cooling can be performed in water or in air. Clinker can be used for fabrication of decorative products and method can also used for preparation of repair and construction-destination dry mixes. EFFECT: reduced power consumption. 3 cl, 4 tbl
