DEVICE FOR DETERMINATION OF LOAD ON CARGO GRIPPING MEMBER OF BOOM CRANE

摘要

FIELD: safety systems of boom cranes; systems limiting cargo hoisting capacity of cranes with telescopic booms and tackle blocks. SUBSTANCE: device has guide rollers embraced by cargo rope with deflecting roller between them which is connected with force measuring member of signal processing and recording system. Used as guide rollers are rope rollers which are guide members of boom crane equipment. Deflecting roller is secured on bracket which is rotatably mounted on axle of rope roller which is fitted first on head of telescopic boom in way of cargo rope towards cargo gripping member. Bracket may be locked in extreme positions relative to first rope roller of telescopic boom. Signal processing and recording system may be mounted in housing on head of telescopic boom of antenna of protective device protecting the boom against contact with high-voltage lines. EFFECT: enhanced operational safety of crane due to enhanced accuracy of determination of load on gripping member. 4 cl, 4 dwg
