FIELD: floating toys. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes floating base with movable members and motion mechanism mounted on it; motion mechanism has strut mounted on base, electric motor and plate. Strut is mounted on base in off-center position; this strut holds plate with electric motor mounted in its center; stops are fitted at ends of plate; plate is mounted along axis of electric motor between stops for engagement with them.
