METHOD FOR OBTAINING IN VITRO HEALTHY PLANTING MATERIAL OF GERBERA JAMESONII BOLUS

FIELD: agriculture and biotechnology, in particular, production of in vitro healthy planting material in tissue culture. SUBSTANCE: method involves sterilizing cuttings; explanting; passivating microcuttings; providing in vitro sprouts rhizogenesis. While preparing cuttings, they are sterilized in staged mode, first for 30 min in 0.5%-benlate solution, with following 15 min sterilization in 10%-chloramine solution. Method further involves four-fold washing in distilled water at 10-12 min time intervals; planting and cultivating explants on medium containing 5 mg/l of kinetin, 0.1 mg/l of indolyacetic acid, 10 mg/l of adenine, 40 g/l of saccharose, 8 g/l of agar; alternating microcuttings passivation and cultivation cycles on medium containing 5 mg/l of kinetin, 40 mg/l of saccharose, 8 g/l of agar, and on medium containing 1 mg/l of biologically active preparation, 40 g/l of saccharose, 8 g/l of agar, and in vitro rhizogenesis at 50% concentration of mineral salts (except for FeNa-ethylenediaminetetraacetate), with addition of 1 mg/l of indolyacetic acid, 25 g/l of saccharose, 7 g/l of agar, with pH value being within the range of 5.6-5.8. EFFECT: simplified micromultiplication pattern, reduced production costs and labor consumption and decreased occupied spaces. 4 tbl
