FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: serum blood for induction of superovulation in cows is prepared by the following procedure. Sexual hormones are administrated in mature bovine by intramuscular route by the following schedule: 2.5% progesterone in the dose 0.10-0.15 mg/kg of living weight, 2 times per a day for 3 days and then 2% estradiol in the dose 0.10 mg/kg of living weight. Then bovine is castrated and subjected for bleeding and serum is obtained from blood. Method provides maximal embryos preparing in cow-donors. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method. 1 ex
