SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel derivatives of cyclohexadiene of the general formula (Ia) or (Ib) where A is phenyl or unsubstituted naphthyl or naphthyl substituted with 1-3 similar or different residues taken among the group involving nitro-group, halogen atom, trifluoromethyl-group, linear or branched alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; R¹ is hydrogen atom or linear or branched alkyl with 1-8 carbon atoms; R² and R³ are similar or different and mean hydrogen atom or linear or branched alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; D is linear or branched alkoxycarbonyl with 1-8 carbon atoms, mixture of their isomers or separate isomers and their salts. The above indicated new compounds can be used as an active component of pharmaceutical composition showing selective modulating effect on calcium-dependent potassium channels of high conductivity.
