VIRUS-VACCINE AGAINST RABIES FOR ORAL IMMUNIZATION OF CARNIVORE ANIMALS

FIELD: veterinary sciences, vaccines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used for specific prophylaxis of carnivore animals against rabies. Vaccine has the sublimated dried suspension of the virus strain TC-80 and stabilizing agent. Vaccine has peptone, lactose and pectin as stabilizing agents protecting virus from inactivating effect of gastric juice and environment factors. After two-fold vaccination with pause for 12-14 days vaccine stimulates production of virus-neutralizing antibodies in vaccinated animals in the range (1:16)-(1:32). Invention ensures to obtain sublimated vaccine against rabies used for immunization of carnivore animals by oral route.
